OPEN HOUSE-AUGUST 24TH
The WCYHA open house will be held on Sunday August 24th from 1-4pm. This is a mandatory for all families. Please make sure to stop by and see all the volunteer opportunities. All tryout packets will be available for pick up that day. All information regarding the new season will be handed out.In addition, we will have our 3rd annual resale and blue line merchandise available. Stop by to see the new line of blue line product and all the clearance from last season.Contact your level director if you are unable to attend. Hockey Equipment Resale
Looking to get rid of old hockey equipment? Hoping for a little extra cash to defray the cost of the hockey season? Look no further! Hockey Resale August 24th at registration. Drop off your clean, used hockey equipment at the Country Springs Hotel on Sunday August 24th between 10:30 a.m. - Noon (Look for the resale room). Blank price tags will be provided. Last year's popular items were: gear for younger skaters, goalie equipment, chest protectors and shin guards. There will be a $1 fee per family to sell your items at the resale. REGISTRATION 2008-09 SEASON
Registration for the 2008-09 season will be held from June 9-June 30th. All forms must be postmarked by June 30th. All returning skaters from the 2007-08 season will receive a color coded form needed for registration, watch for this in your mail around the 9th. All forms will be listed under registration/team play. Any questions, contact Ann Zajac at azajac@wi.rr.com

Open Coordinator Positions
The WCYHA Board is looking to fill the roles of Directory Coordinator.
The Directory Coordinator will work closely with the Sponsorship coordinator to coordinate next season's ads and directory of phone numbers.
